Pain in the neck, which can be mild or severe.

Difficulty breathing, especially if the tumor is large and presses on the windpipe.

Swollen lymph nodes in the neck, which enlarge when there is an infection or inflammation.

Other symptoms like fatigue, unexplained weight loss, excessive sweating, and feeling cold.
