  • Pneumothorax treatment in Dubai\u2019s Al Zahra Hospital completely depends on the severity of your condition. It also depends if you\u2019ve earlier experienced pneumothorax and what symptoms you are experiencing. Both surgical and non-surgical treatments are available.<\/li>\n
  • While the small pneumothorax without underlying lung disease may resolve on its own in one to two weeks. The larger pneumothorax associated with underlying lung disease often require aspiration of the free air and\/or placement of a chest tube to evacuate the air.<\/li>\n
